Ready Player One
Really enjoying this book.
It's a quest for treasure hidden in a massive online virtual reality game.
The designer of the game dies, and leaves his entire fortune to the person that can solve the puzzles within the game. Based on the music, films, books, and games of the 1980's.It has a easy going vibe to it - and anyone who knows me, could immediately see why I like this story!.
Tribal Wars 2
Played this for a few days. But kind of ran out of things to do. Without paying, I don't think you can get anywhere.
The pay to play is clever though, as it does give you stuff to do, well click on things. But I didn't feel like I was getting anywhere. You get some starting credit. 50 gold which soon runs out and you are then stuck waiting hours for things to complete.
So after two weeks of playing I've just uninstalled it and moved on.

After running rituals.
Stretches and Massages...
After a running, and indeed other exercises, I see many people engaged in stretching and even massage. But I'm not convinced that it does any good. I've done runs where I've stretched after and runs where I've not. My legs are still tired in the morning, and I'm not sure what I've supposed to have achieved by stretching. It seems to me to be more of an exercise itself, where you can gain a bit of flexibility in the limbs. I've never had a sports massage, but I've used the foam rollers, again I'm not sure what benefit I should be getting from using them...

Goblin Sword
Fun retro style game on iOS
The controls are simple left, right, attack and jump, the attack control does several things depending on context, i.e. near a monster then it attacks, near a chest, it opens it revealing treasure.
It has fun 16 bit style retro graphics. There's a sort of RPG feel to it, as you collect coins and other treasures you can purchase items from the merchant and power up.
There's no Android version at the moment, which is strange as I'm sure it would sell really well.
Introduction
Some Things
Hi, this site is going to be about a few of my interests.
Not the most imaginative title for a blog...but it's is getting harder and harder to find some snappy appropriate name for a blog. The URL refers to the cadence that seems to regarded as ideal for running...not that that is my average, 160. but it's something i'm working on.
